Food is very upsetting.
- when bought already prepared, it is very expensive.
- it needs to be consumed in a given timeframe, or it will Go Bad.
- if said timeframe has passed, you need to make a Decision, either to Throw Away Food or Eat Possibly Bad Food.
- when prepared at home, the process has many steps that need to be researched and followed.
- in addition to above, it needs to be combined with That Other Food and you NEVER HAVE IT.
- when you buy That Other Food, you now have to figure out what to do with the rest of it. (see points 2 - 5)
- when craving A Specific Combined Food, there is 98% chance that you do not have a Specific Basic Food for it.
- if you do have the Specific Basic Food, you do not have a Specific Tool to make it with.
- you should eat a Ballanced Diet with many Plant Foods, but not all Plant Foods are created equal.

- Basic Food often has many different types, requiring Choice.
